Mystery Holiday revealed....

.... to be Lake Constance, Germany.
We had a fantastic time... the weather was brilliant, very hot!! About 35 degrees!

We did some pedal boating.... was fun to dive off the boat!!

Went up a ferris wheel...

We had a look around a 7th century castle in Meersburg...

... where we saw an Elk foot drinking vessel!? Personally I prefer just plain old glass :)

On the Konstanz side of the lake we visited a tiny island that an eccentric Swede owns, on it is a hedge made to look like a gnome...

and lots of fountains and statues... this photo was Tom's idea... so childish! :)

This is the pretty city of Konstanz taken from the top of the Cathedral... I had to go up a very scary spiral staircase, but the views were worth it!!

While we were in Germany, we also drank lots of delicious German beer... Cheers!
